Tasked with creating a “California Chic” design for the exterior of this home, 915 got creative. A custom cement fencing was filled with IPE wood that was continued onto the home as accent pillars. This IPE wood was simply clear coated to preserve the natural look. Brining a different and unique wood to your home is a sure way to always grab attention and add that extra flare.
